6 unique secrets of happiness

There is no one who doesn't want to be happy. But as we grow older our reasons of getting happy gets complicated. We are not happy over simple things like we used to be as a kid. Now as we are growing older it takes so many things to make us happy. Here I would like to share some simple yet effective habits that we can incorporate in our daily lives to be a little bit more happy.


1. Celebrate every victory , every single accomplishments

There should be no boundary for celebration. We are simple social human being. From our nature we want to meet people, hangout with people. So without being afraid and thinking about anyone else just be yourself and try to celebrate every little accomplishment of your life. You know right that we are never getting younger. So live your life sweety!


2. Positive relationships matters


I understand you love your partner or friend unconditionally. But remember if your partner or friend is toxic for god sake get out of that relationship as soon as possible. Deep inside you know that they are not right for you, but you are still trying and you think that they will change or everything will be alright later. But no honey! It's not in most of the cases. People who are toxic drains the energy of everybody surrounding them. So if you see any toxic behavior in your surrounding stay 1000 mile far from that toxic energy and surround your self with positive people like you!


3. Practice gratitude every day


In this fast growing world we are not satisfied easily. We need high dopamine stuffs to make us happy. But as I said earlier this attitude is draining our energy for happiness everyday. So start appreciating little joyful occasion everyday. Start writing a gratitude journal. Try to write at least three points everyday. By doing this everyday you will notice there are plenty of things happening around us that we can be grateful for. With a daily habit of journaling you will see progress soon I promise. This is one of my favorite notebook.


4. Expect nothing from others


Never expect anything from anyone, I repeat never. If you keep your expectation on someone or something and if it didn't happen you will be so disappointed . To avoid this type of disappointment always believe in yourself and expect only and only from you. Remember you are your only best friend who will always look after you. I am not telling you to not to trust anybody. I just simply said don't rely on someone too much that can lead to disappointment one day.


5. Go to the nature often


We are the first and only species that is getting away from nature day by day. We live in bustling cities , always engage in our jobs, studies that we often forget to go to nature. We are away from mother earth! But going to nature heals you. It keeps your body and mind fresh. It is food for your soul. Your soul also needs some food. You didn't know that? Try to go to nature more and more. You will be able to heal your broken soul and you will be more kind to yourself soon!


6. Give yourself some leisure time


Give your self some leisure time. I know , I know you are busy blah! blah! But listen if you want to be happy you have to give yourself some break. You worked so hard these days. So give yourself some rest. Do whatever you like to do. Play with your siblings, play video games, dance, sing, draw whatever you like. Just enjoy your leisure time peacefully. Laugh a lot , if you have some pain inside of you then burst into tears. Nobody is judging you. We are living in an era where everybody tells you to be more productive, more energetic every time. But you are a human being not a robot. You need some break, you DESERVE some free time. So don't hesitate to give yourself some break.


There can be many factor of happiness but these are surely some key factors that if you follow you will be happy. Please love yourself unconditionally then you will be happy I promise.
