10 skin care secrets for glow up

Who doesn't want a glowing skin that gives inner confident and joy? But your skin condition says something different. Maybe your skin condition isn't sound and no way it is getting any better. Try these 10 skin care tips for glow up. I hope it will help you.

1.Appling sunscreen everyday

This is really important guys. Try to incorporate sunscreen in your daily skin care routine. This is so important for your healthy skin because sunscreen protects your face from UV rays that is a killer of your skin. Even if you are staying at home please use a sunscreen. Somehow maybe you will get in touch with sun. So it is better to use sunscreen everyday.


This is one of my favorite sunscreen. Try to use SPF 50+ sunscreen.

You can use this one for beach days. This one is great. It gives you protection from sun and as well as water.


2. Exfoliate twice a week

Exfoliate twice a week. Not more and not less than that. Your skin builds up some real dirty things everyday. It doesn't go away by just washing your face with a cleanser. It may clean your face from dust, sweat and germs but some in-built stuffs still remains hidden inside your face. To get rid of these you should exfoliate twice. I am sure you will see significant difference within few weeks.


This is one of my personal favorite exfoliator. It is just super budget friendly and effective. I use it in my night skin care routine for twice a week.


3. Avoid dry skin

I have seen so many people using moisturizer just at morning and night. And for worst case scenario I have seen some people not even using it. Sis, if you don't listen to me it's okay but just take this one advice, use a moisturizer when ever is needed. I specifically mentioned my dry skin friend because they must use a moisturizer whenever her skin is dry. But people who has oily to combination skin you guys also should never skip this important skin care routine step. For a glow up and healthy skin consider this thing as a must.


From my prior experience and by seeing tons of reviews I have some suggestions for all skin type people. I, personally have combination skin and I have mentioned the specific moisturizer that I use daily.

4. Sauna

Going to sauna often comes with a lot of health benefits. It helps to detoxify your body, improves blood circulation and helps to reduce weight through sweating. Though going to sauna can be expensive sometimes. So you can go there on your convenient times and whenever your wallet allows. But it gives your skin a healthy glow that helps your overall glow up. It is an underrated opinion. Try this and let me know if it helps you. Though it did help me.

5. Be conscious about your oral hygiene

And I think you have noticed that if you have a fresh breath you also feel nice. And if you feel nice you will have a great day, for sure!

7. Stay hydrated

I know you are tired of hearing this same advice coming from every single influencers on social media. But this one is really important. I can't even tell enough how important it is. But do not forget to have 2-3 liters or 7-8 glasses of water everyday.

Girls it is really important for us to maintain a healthy diet. Our body is very beautiful. We need that special care for our body. We talk a lot about our outer beauty. We should also take care of our inside, the outside problem will be half solved. A healthy diet helps us in many ways. It keeps us fit, it gives our body the nutrition that it wants. It nourishes your skin , hair and even mood. We should always focus on what we eat in a day and if our needs are fulfilled.


10. Workout daily

You must have a perfect workout routine for you. Whatever suits you. You can go to the gym, pilates class, yoga class, swimming and what ever you like. Even if you don't like to workout just go for a walk in the nature or go for a cycling around the neighborhood. Nature heals you, gives you comfort. It will help you to glow up.
